To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition.

Non-returnable items: undergarments, swimwear, accessories, and personalized items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within up to 3-7 business days and sent to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
