Return and Refund Policies

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received and have all original tags and packaging attached. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Certain items are non-returnable, including items marked as final sale and undergarments, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons as well as customized or personalized items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
